Shipping & Lead Times
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on which fixture(s) are ordered, lead times can vary. Please refer to individual product pages or specification sheets for updated production lead times.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered after it is shipped?
We ship using FedEx or UPS. Shipments typically take 5-10 business days to deliver once shipped from our facility, depending on distance. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide tracking information upon shipment.
For expedited shipping, please contact our team after placing your order and we will get back to you with different shipping options and rates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

If I order products with different lead times, will I receive them in multiple shipments?
In order to limit shipping costs and emissions, we will ship products ordered together in one shipment. When ordering multiple products, refer to the product with the longest lead time for the most accurate estimate on when your order will ship.
If you prefer to have each of your items with different lead times shipped as soon as they are ready, be sure to place separate orders for each item.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we are happy to ship to Canada. Please note that customers in Canada are responsible for all duties and import taxes.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to deliver to these locations.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order to our customers’ specifications, we encourage our customers to discuss with our team if they are unsure about sizing, quantities, finish options, etcetera prior to placing an order. We also offer color samples in order to lessen the likelihood of returning an item.
However, returns are processed as described for the following scenarios:
Damaged Items: In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours to request a refund or a replacement. For a refund, Den Studio will cover return shipping for the item. The item must be shipped in the original packaging to: 994 Jefferson Street, Fall River, MA, 02721. Once your return is processed, you should see the refunded amount on your original form of payment within 10-15 business days.
Defective After Installation: In the rare case that an item is defective after being installed, contact our team as soon as possible to discuss the issue. As long as the fixture has been properly installed and has not been damaged, Den Studio will send a replacement and cover return shipping for the defective product. The product will need to be sent back in its original packaging to: 994 Jefferson Street, Fall River, MA, 02721.
All Other Returns: All other returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving a product by contacting sales@denstudioshop.com. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and insuring the package. All returns must be sent in their original packaging. Upon receipt, Den Studio will refund the customer’s original form of payment. However, if the item has been altered, installed or damaged, the item will become the property of Den Studio and no refund will be issued. If the item was damaged in transit, the customer will need to file a claim with the return shipper. Den Studio will provide images of any damages to the customer to assist with the claim.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Our manufacturing partner has been packaging and shipping delicate fixtures for 30+ years, even producing custom packaging in-house to ensure that each product is protected during shipment.
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, please contact our team with images and information within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to make the situation right, whether that be a full refund or sending a new replacement. Our top priority is ensuring that you are happy with your purchase.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, we are able to accept requests to cancel a completed order within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact sales@denstudioshop.com with your order number and cancellation request. Den Studio will fully refund your original form of payment. For cancellations beyond 24 hours, restocking or administrative fees may apply.
Product Information
Can I order color/finish samples?
Yes! Simply order samples here. Den Studio will provide an equivalent credit towards a future purchase of a fixture for up to $50. These credits are for one-time use only, and are non-transferrable. There is a maximum credit of $50 per customer.
Why do you use aluminum for your fixtures? What are the benefits?
Durable: Aluminum is highly durable and resistant to rust, corrosion, and tarnishing.
Lightweight: Aluminum is a lightweight material, which makes it easier to handle and install compared to heavier metals like steel. This characteristic is particularly advantageous for large or overhead fixtures where weight may be a concern.
Versatile: Aluminum can be shaped, molded, or extruded into various designs and forms, allowing us to offer a wide range of fixture styles and configurations.
Heat Dissipation: Aluminum has excellent thermal conductivity, meaning it can efficiently dissipate heat generated by light bulbs or LEDs. This helps to prolong the lifespan of the light source and maintain optimal performance of the fixture.
Recyclable: Aluminum is a highly recyclable material. Recycled aluminum can be used to manufacture new fixtures, reducing the need for virgin materials and minimizing waste. If you ever in the very distant future (let’s be honest… probably never) find yourself ready to part with a Den Studio fixture, we are happy to collect fixtures for repurposing and recycling. Where are your products manufactured?
All of our light fixtures are manufactured in Fall River, Massachusetts by our partner, Spectrum Lighting.
What is the difference between dry location, damp location and wet location?
Dry Location: These fixtures are for indoor-use only, where proper ventilation prevents the accumulation of moisture. Most indoor spaces are considered “dry location”, including bathrooms, as long as the fixture is not placed inside of a sauna or shower.
Damp Location: Fixtures labeled as “suitable for damp locations” can be used indoors as well as outdoors under the protection of a cover/structure.
Wet Location: Fixtures labeled as “suitable for wet locations” can be used in all settings, indoor and outdoor. They are able to come into direct contact with moisture.
Discounts
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, we love working with like-minded design professionals! Please fill out our Trade Account Setup form to request a trade discount. We will respond to your request within 2-4 business days. If approved, you will be able to use your trade discount on future orders.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We may be able to offer a discount for larger orders, depending on the type of fixture and how many different products are being ordered. Please contact sales@denstudioshop.com to see if your order qualifies!
